Who We Are

In 2005, Bob Evans along with longtime friend and business partner, Robert Wagner, formed Evans & Wagner Commercial Group, Inc. Since inception, their primary goal has been to create maximum value and return for their clients’ investments and to build their unique rapport through client-tenant relationships. We are proud to provide exceptional real estate services throughout Florida.

Evans & Wagner offers decades of experience in the commercial industry for their Client’s. We make sure to put our client’s name before the name on our letterhead, and having us in your corner means having a team of dedicated professionals who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. We’re not here to just make promises – our work speaks for itself. 

Over the years, principals of Evans & Wagner Commercial Group have represented numerous Clients throughout the state of Florida and have consummated hundreds of lease and brokerage transactions.
